Trinitas Capital Management LLC (“Trinitas” or “the firm”) is an SEC registered investment adviser (“RIA”) under the SEC 1940 Act with ~$19 billion AUM across 44 CLO vehicles in the U.S. and Europe as of September 2025. The firm is headquartered in Dallas, TX, and its European loan team is based in Dublin, Ireland.
The firm has been operating since 2015, and following the implementation of risk retention requirements, was established independently as a capitalized manager vehicle (“CMV”). Backed by over $700 million capital commitments, Trinitas is a consistent and repeat issuer of CLOs.
