KBRA Releases Surveillance Report for Premia Re and Premia Holdings

On August 26, 2024, KBRA affirmed the A insurance financial strength rating (IFSR) on Premia Reinsurance Ltd. (Premia Re). KBRA also affirmed the BBB+ issuer rating on Premia Holdings Ltd. (Premia Holdings) as well as the BBB debt ratings on Premia Holdings’ subordinated notes. The Outlook for all ratings is Stable.
