KBRA Affirms the Ratings for Tikehau CLO XI DAC

KBRA UK (KBRA) affirms the ratings for six classes of notes issued by Tikehau CLO XI DAC. All Notes have received timely interest distributions since the transaction has closed.
Tikehau CLO XI DAC is a €407.4 million European cash flow CLO managed by Tikehau Capital Europe Limited. The CLO reset in June 2025 and has currently a 3.5-year reinvestment period remaining. The ratings reflect current credit enhancement levels, excess spread, coverage tests including par value and interest coverage tests, and a reinvestment overcollateralisation test.
The collateral in Tikehau CLO XI DAC mainly consists of broadly syndicated leveraged loans issued by corporate obligors diversified across sectors. As of the April 2026 trustee report, the aggregate principal balance of the collateral obligations is €391.7 million and a principal proceeds balance of €8.0 million. There is one defaulted and no discount obligations in the portfolio. The transaction is in compliance with all portfolio profile tests. The current portfolio K-WARF is 2530, which represents a weighted average portfolio assessment of around B.
Since reset in June 2025, the Class A Overcollateralisation Test has remained steady at 166.07% from 166.67%. The ratings on the Class A and B Notes and consider the timely payment of interest and ultimate payment of principal by the applicable stated maturity date, while the ratings on the Class C, D, E and F notes consider the ultimate payment of interest and principal.
