On May 8, 2026, KBRA affirmed the issuer and senior unsecured debt ratings of BBB- for Charlotte, North Carolina-based Millennium Consolidated Holdings, LLC. Additionally, KBRA affirmed the issuer rating of BBB for the wholly owned U.S. lead operating subsidiary, Millennium Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer. The Outlook for all long-term ratings was revised to Negative from Stable.
