KBRA Affirms 15 Ratings and Upgrades Three Ratings on Seven Castlelake Serviced Aviation ABS Transactions

KBRA affirms its ratings on 15 securities and upgrades its rating on three securities issued from seven aviation ABS transactions serviced by Castlelake L.P. or Castlelake Aviation Holdings (Ireland) Limited. KBRA’s analysis indicated that existing credit enhancement for the securities is sufficient to support the affirmed and upgraded ratings. The upgraded ratings reflect improved performance and deleveraging after falling behind in prior periods owing to performance degradation relating to performance issues in the wake of the pandemic. The data used for this review is as of the December 2025 payment date.
