Following the publication of this report it was identified that a credit rating analyst involved in the determination of the rating held securities in the rated entity through a managed account. Upon identification of this circumstance, a group of senior Public Finance analysts reviewed all material documentation associated with this rating action and concluded that the relevant credit rating analyst’s involvement did not impact the rating process or outcome.
