KBRA Affirms Ratings on OneMain Financial Issuance Trusts

KBRA affirms its ratings on 26 classes of notes issued from six OneMain Financial Issuance Trust (“OMFIT”) transactions. KBRA’s analysis indicated that existing credit enhancement for the notes is sufficient to support the affirmed ratings. The data used for this review is as of the April 2026 distribution date (March 2026 collection period). To date, the securities have received timely interest payments.
