KBRA Affirms All Ratings for BMO 2024-5C5
13 Aug 2026 | New York
KBRA affirms all of its outstanding ratings for BMO 2024-5C5, a $1.0 billion CMBS conduit transaction. The affirmations follow a surveillance review of the transaction, which has exhibited a slight worsening of pool performance compared to securitization. However, the magnitude of the changes does not warrant ratings adjustments at this time.
As of the July 2026 remittance period, there are two specially serviced loans (7.4% of the pool balance) of which both are 90+ days delinquent. KBRA identified six K-LOCs (14.5%), including the two specially serviced assets. Of the K-LOCs, the two specially serviced assets have estimated losses. The K-LOCs are depicted in the table below:
Excluding the K-LOCs with estimated losses, the transaction's WA KLTV is 99.2%, compared to 94.6% at last review and 94.6% at issuance. The WA KDSC is 1.31x, compared to 1.37x at last review and 1.38x at issuance.
