KBRA Releases Report Affirming AA Rating and Stable Outlook for Narragansett Bay Commission (RI) WIFIA Loan Ratings

On September 23, 2025, KBRA affirmed the long-term rating at AA with a Stable Outlook for the Narragansett Bay Commission's Combined Sewer Overflow Phase III Facilities WIFIA Loan and the Bucklin Point Resiliency Improvements WIFIA Loan.
