CSLLC’s business activities consist of collateralized finance, prime brokerage operations, including stock lending, synthetic equity finance, futures, digital assets, commissions from equity (cash and derivative) trade execution, clearing and custody services, investment banking (including equity research), and underwriting and distributing private placements, such as private investments in public equity.
