KBRA Withdraws Outstanding Rating for COMM 2014-LC15

KBRA withdraws the remaining outstanding rating for COMM 2014-LC15, a $10.4 million CMBS conduit transaction. Since securitization, the transaction has paid down from 48 loans totaling $927.5 million to three remaining loans with an aggregate balance of $10.4 million, including two defeased loans. The remaining rated class, Class F, previously incurred principal losses, resulting in KBRA lowering its rating to D. According to the July 2026 remittance report, cumulative principal losses, inclusive of cumulative adjustments, total $32.6 million. As a result of realized losses, principal prepayments, and amortization, the principal balance of Class F has been reduced to $10.4 million.

  • Class F to WR (sf) from D (sf)
