Alpine maintains a closely held ownership structure, with non-public Class A common shares carrying twenty votes per share and representing ~95% of voting control. Class B common shares (OTCQX: ALPIB) carry one vote per share but remain relatively thinly traded. The ESOP, created in 1983, controls ~25% of voting power, while employees, directors, and their families controlled at least 51% as of YE25.
