Fidelity Financial Corporation (“FFC”, “Fidelity” or “the company”) is a privately-owned, $3.2 billion asset bank holding company headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. Founded by the Bastian family with a fourth-generation leadership, Fidelity has multi-decades of operating history focused on relationship-based community banking model. The primary subsidiary, Fidelity Bank, National Association (N.A.) (“the bank”), operates in Wichita, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Kansas City, supported by a network of 17 branches and several LPOs.
The bank is a commercial-centric lender, with commercial loans accounting for 68% of the loan book with investor CRE at 48% of total loans followed by residential mortgage at 28%, and C&I at 8%. FFC has undertaken a strategic pivot with the planned exit of 62% of the mortgage servicing rights that was acquired over the decades to focus on Fidelity originated servicing.
