KBRA Affirms the Ratings for ABPCI Direct Lending Fund ABS IV LP

KBRA affirms ratings on the Class A-R Notes, Class B-R Notes, and Class C-R Notes issued by ABPCI Direct Lending Fund ABS IV LP (“ABDLF IV”). ABDLF IV is a $300.0 million securitization managed by AB Private Credit Investors LLC (“ABPCI” or the “Collateral Manager”), an investment adviser and a subsidiary of Alliance Bernstein L.P. The transaction originally closed in April 2024 and reset in November 2025. The reinvestment period ends in November 2027.
As of the July 2026 trustee report, the portfolio comprises 56 obligors, the pool balance of the collateral obligations is $300.4 million and there is a principal proceeds balance of $0.3 million, bringing the adjusted pool balance to $300.7 million. There are no defaulted, credit risk, or delinquent obligations in the portfolio. The transaction is in compliance with all the borrowing base conditions. The K-WARF of the transaction is 3821 which represents a weighted average credit assessment of B-/CCC+. Since the transaction closed, all notes have received timely distributions of interest payments.
