- Bank OZK (NASDAQ: OZK) (“the bank”) is a regional bank headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas with 240 branch banking offices largely spread across nine states including Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, New York, California, and Mississippi.
