KBRA Releases Surveillance Report for BNP Paribas' Participation in an Uncommitted, Secured Revolving Credit Facility to CVC Capital Partners Strategic Opportunities II

On 8 December 2023, KBRA UK (KBRA) affirmed the A+ rating and stable outlook assigned to BNP Paribas' (the "Lender") participation in an uncommitted, secured revolving credit facility to CVC Capital Partners Strategic Opportunities II ("CVC SO II" or the "Fund"). CVC SO II is a fund managed by CVC Capital Partners Strategic Opportunities II Limited (the Fund's General Partner) and forms part of the Strategic Opportunities strategy established in 2014 by CVC (the "Manager"). Neither CVC, CVC Capital Partners Strategic Opportunities II Limited nor any of its associates has requested this report or the rating, and this report has not been prepared for or approved by any of them.
