(“SQFS” or “Silver Queen”) is a privately held bank holding company, primarily operating through its main subsidiary, Colorado Federal Savings Bank (“the bank”), which utilizes a branchless banking model to serve customers nationwide. SQFS is majority-owned by an individual, who also holds majority ownership in Provident Funding Associates (“PFA”), a leading mortgage originator and servicer, and Provident Mortgage Trust (“PMT”).
