KBRA Withdraws Ratings on Jamestown Residential 2021-1 DAC

KBRA Europe (KBRA) withdraws its ratings from the classes shown below following the reduction of its respective principal balances to zero. The related remittance report did not reflect any accumulated interest shortfalls or principal writedowns on the rated notes. KBRA’s ratings are updated as follows:

  • Jamestown Residential 2021-1 DAC (Jamestown 2021-1), Class A, from 'AAA (sf)' to 'WR (sf)'
  • Jamestown Residential 2021-1 DAC (Jamestown 2021-1), Class B, from 'AA (sf)' to 'WR (sf)'
  • Jamestown Residential 2021-1 DAC (Jamestown 2021-1), Class C, from 'A (sf)' to 'WR (sf)'
  • Jamestown Residential 2021-1 DAC (Jamestown 2021-1), Class D, from 'BBB (sf)' to 'WR (sf)'
  • Jamestown Residential 2021-1 DAC (Jamestown 2021-1), Class E, from 'BB+ (sf)' to 'WR (sf)'
