KBRA Affirms Ratings on Eight Sunnova Transactions

KBRA has affirmed its ratings on 15 classes of notes issued from eight solar lease and power purchase agreements ABS transactions originated by Sunnova Energy Corporation.

KBRA's analysis indicated that the existing credit enhancement is sufficient to support the outstanding ratings. The data used for this review is as of the April 2025 distribution date, the most recent quarterly payment date. To date, the notes have received timely interest and scheduled principal payments.
