KBRA Releases Rating Report for Massachusetts Commonwealth Transportation Fund Revenue Bonds, 2023 Series A&B

On August 31, 2023 KBRA assigned a long-term rating of AAA to the Massachusetts Commonwealth Transportation Fund Revenue Bonds (Rail Enhancement Program), 2023 Series A (Sustainability Bonds), and Commonwealth Transportation Fund Revenue Bonds (Rail Enhancement Program), 2023 Series B. KBRA additionally affirmed the long-term rating of AAA with a Stable Outlook for the Commonwealth’s outstanding Commonwealth Transportation Fund Revenue Bonds. The Outlook on all bonds is Stable.
