KBRA Releases Surveillance Report for The Turnpike Authority of Kentucky Economic Development Road Revenue Bonds (Revitalization Projects)

On September 19, 2023, KBRA affirmed the long-term rating of AA- with a Stable Outlook for the Turnpike Authority of Kentucky Economic Development Road Revenue Bonds (Revitalization Projects). The rating affirmation reflects healthy revenues that provide for lease rental payments that can only be used for transportation purposes and wealth and income metrics lag the region and the U.S.
