KBRA Withdraws the Ratings on CPC Asset Securitization I, LLC

KBRA withdraws the ratings on all outstanding classes of notes related to the Series 2021-1 and Series 2022-1 issued by CPC Asset Securitization I, LLC (the "Issuer"). Series 2021-1 ("CPC 2021-1") closed on December 7, 2021, and Series 2022-1 ("CPC 2022-1") closed on September 14, 2022. At closing, CPC 2021-1 had three classes of notes totaling $105.0 million and CPC 2022-1 had three classes of notes totaling $50.0 million. This action reflects Channel Partners Capital, LLC's ("CPC") decision to exercise the optional redemption of all outstanding notes pursuant to the Indenture Supplements.
