On July 24, 2023, KBRA affirmed the Issuer rating of BBB- for Westlake Services, LLC and assigned an Issuer rating of BBB- to Nowlake Technology, LLC; Westlake's 100% owner. The Outlook for both entities' ratings is Positive.
