KBRA Releases Report Assigning Ratings to the Class A Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes Issued by Binney Park Capital, LLC

On December 21, 2023, KBRA assigned ratings to the Class A Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes issued by Binney Park Capital, LLC. The $989.1 million of Rated Notes and unrated Subordinated Notes are indirectly backed by limited partnership (LP) interests in private capital funds. In aggregate, the collateral consists of 16 unique seasoned funds managed by 14 unique general partners. Proceeds from the transaction will be used to purchase the LP interests, service future capital calls, fund the interest reserve account and cover initial transaction costs.
