KBRA Takes Rating Actions on Sunnova Transactions

KBRA has upgraded its ratings on eight classes of notes and affirmed its ratings on five classes of notes issued from seven solar lease and power purchase agreements ABS transactions originated by Sunnova Energy Corporation. KBRA's analysis indicated that the existing credit enhancement is sufficient to support the rating actions. The data used for this review is as of the April 2024 distribution date, the most recent quarterly payment date. To date, the notes have received timely interest and scheduled principal payments.
