  • Colony Bankcorp, Inc. (NYSE: CBAN) (“Colony” or “the company”) is a $3.7 billion-asset bank holding company headquartered in Fitzgerald, Georgia. Founded in 1975, its lead subsidiary, Colony Bank (“the bank”), operates a 37 location network namely across Georgia, including three loan production offices (LPOs), in addition to an LPO in Alabama and five locations in Florida. Growth has been supported by M&A, most recently, the December 2025 acquisition of TC Bancshares, Inc. (“TC”), which added ~$600 million in assets and expanded the footprint into Thomasville and Savannah, GA and Tallahassee and Jacksonville, FL. Following earlier acquisition-related capital deployment, CBAN issued $59.3 million in common equity in 1Q22, increasing capital ratios by ~70 bps.
