KBRA Releases Rating Report for Commonwealth of Massachusetts - Commonwealth Transportation Fund Revenue Bonds

On September 19, 2025, KBRA assigned a long-term rating of AAA to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Commonwealth Transportation Fund Revenue Bonds (Rail Enhancement Program) 2025 Series A and Commonwealth Transportation Fund Revenue Refunding Bonds 2025 Series A. Concurrently, KBRA affirmed the long-term rating of AAA for the Commonwealth's outstanding Commonwealth Transportation Fund Revenue Bonds. The rating Outlook is Stable.
