KBRA Downgrades Two Ratings and Affirms All Other Ratings for Flagship Credit Auto Trust 2022-2

KBRA affirms the ratings on the Class A-3, Class B and Class C notes for Flagship Credit Auto Trust 2022-2 ("FCAT 2022-2") due to credit enhancement that supports the outstanding ratings and the ratings on the Class D and Class E notes are downgraded due to deteriorating credit performance which has contributed to overcollateralization being fully depleted. As a result, the Class E note is at an increased risk of principal loss over the remaining term of the transaction.  The review used data from the July 2024 distribution date (June 2024 collection period). To date, the securities have received timely interest payments.
