KBRA Releases Surveillance Report for Preston Hollow

On December 12, 2025, KBRA affirmed the BBB issuer ratings of Preston Hollow Capital, LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiary, PHCC LLC d/b/a Preston Hollow Community Capital (“PHCC”). KBRA also affirmed the senior unsecured debt rating of BBB for PHCC. The rating Outlook is Stable.
