KBRA Affirms Ratings for Renew and Golden Bear Transactions

KBRA has affirmed its ratings on eight classes of notes issued from six Property Assessed Clean Energy assessments ABS transactions originated by Renew financial group, LLC. KBRA’s analysis indicated that existing credit enhancement for the notes is sufficient to support the outstanding ratings. The data used for this review is as of the January 2025 distribution date. To date, the securities have received timely interest payments.
