KBRA withdraws its ratings on three interest-only classes of CGCMT 2015-GC35, a CMBS conduit transaction, in accordance with KBRA’s Methodology for Rating Interest-Only Certificates in CMBS Transactions. As of the February 2026 remittance report, the transaction had nine assets remaining. There were no interest shortfalls reported on the withdrawn X-A and X-B classes during their life; however, the Class X-D certificates were impacted by outstanding interest shortfalls of $341,748 as of February 2026. The Class X-D certificates receive interest distributions at the same priority as the Class D certificates, which are positioned at the bottom of the transaction’s payment waterfall.

The details of the withdrawn classes are as follows:

  • Class X-A from AAA (sf) to WR (sf)
  • Class X-B from AAA (sf) to WR (sf)
  • Class X-D from CCC (sf) to WR (sf)
