On July 29, 2024, KBRA assigned a long-term rating of ‘A’ to the City of Chicago General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024A. The Outlook was revised to Stable from Positive.

Concurrently, KBRA affirmed the long-term rating of ‘A’ on the City's outstanding General Obligation Bonds and revised the Outlook to Stable from Positive.
