KBRA Releases Report Affirming AA- Rating to Miami-Dade County, FL Aviation Revenue Bonds; Outlook Remains Positive

On February 6, 2025, KBRA affirmed the AA- long-term rating to Miami-Dade County (the County), Florida's outstanding Aviation Revenue Bonds issued for Miami International Airport (the Airport). The Outlook remains Positive.

The County's Aviation Revenue Bonds are special obligations of the County payable primarily from the Net Revenues derived from the operation of the Airport. The County owns the Airport, as well as three general aviation airports and a training airport, which are operated by the Miami-Dade Department of Aviation.
