On August 30, 2024, KBRA assigned a long-term rating of AA with a Stable Outlook to the City of Chicago Second Lien Water Revenue Bonds, Refunding Series 2024A. Concurrently, KBRA affirmed the long-term rating of AA with a Stable Outlook on the City's parity Second Lien Water Revenue Bonds outstanding.
