KBRA Affirms Ratings for 13 HERO Funding Transactions

KBRA has affirmed its ratings on 18 classes of notes issued from 13 Property Assessed Clean Energy assessments ABS transactions originated by Renovate America, Inc. KBRA’s analysis indicated that existing credit enhancement for the notes is sufficient to support the outstanding ratings. The data used for this review is as of the May 2025 distribution date. To date, the notes have received timely interest payments.
