KBRA Withdraws Ratings on 21 Interest-Only Classes from Six CMBS Transactions

KBRA withdraws its ratings on 21 interest-only certificates in six CMBS transactions. All withdrawals are done in accordance with KBRA’s Methodology for Rating Interest-Only Certificates in CMBS Transactions. As of the September 2026 remittance report, each of the transactions has 10 or fewer assets remaining. For each class, the related September 2026 remittance reports did not reflect any accumulated interest shortfalls during the life of the securities.

The transactions and details of the withdrawn classes are as follows:
