KBRA Affirms Ratings for Driven Brands Funding, LLC and Driven Brands Canada Funding Corporation

KBRA affirms its ratings on all Class A Notes of Series 2019-1, Series 2019-2, Series 2020-1, Series 2020-2, Series 2021-1, Series 2022-1, Series 2024-1 issued by Driven Brands Funding, LLC (the Master Issuer and Co-Issuer), and Driven Brands Canada Funding Corporation (the Canadian Co-Issuer), a whole business securitization (WBS). KBRA’s analysis indicates that existing credit enhancement for the Notes is sufficient to support the affirmed ratings. The data used for this review is as of the March 2025 reporting period (April 2025 payment date). To date, the rated securities have received timely interest payments and scheduled principal payments, if applicable.
