Spend Life Wisely, Inc. (“SLW” or “the company”) is a privately held bank holding company for lead subsidiary, First United Bank and Trust Company (est. 1900), headquartered in Durant, Oklahoma, with 75 banking locations located across parts of Oklahoma and Texas.
In addition to its community bank operations, SLW is a leading mortgage bank in Oklahoma and a top originator in Texas with more than 80 originators, while also servicing $15 billion in mortgage loans. SLW also employs an insurance business as well as a wealth management business as complementary fee generating business lines.
Real estate secured lending makes up the vast majority of the loan book, with residential mortgage loans having the largest concentration at 42% of total loans at 4Q25.
