KBRA Releases ABS East 2026 Conference Recap
21 Oct 2026 | New York
KBRA releases its recap of the ABS East 2026 Conference, held on October 18-21 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Hosted by FT Live and the Fixed Income Investor Network (FIIN), the 32nd annual conference was described by organizers as the largest ABS East to date, with record attendance and sponsor participation.
The conference reflected a cautiously constructive market outlook despite recent interest rate and spread volatility. A recurring theme was the growing convergence of private credit and structured finance, as banks and nonbank lenders increasingly use securitization and other capital markets solutions to fund assets and manage risk. Digital infrastructure also featured prominently, reflecting the scale of financing required for artificial intelligence (AI)-related data center development and the sector’s evolving credit considerations.
