KBRA Withdraws the Class D Rating on Veros Auto Receivables Trust 2020-1

KBRA withdraws the rating on the Class D notes issued by Veros Auto Receivables Trust 2020-1 (“Veros 2020-1”), an auto loan ABS transaction that closed on March 12, 2020. At closing, Veros 2020-1 had four classes of notes totaling $240.50 million. This action reflects Veros Funding V, LLC’s decision to exercise the optional redemption of all outstanding notes pursuant to the Indenture dated March 12, 2020. The optional redemption was elected as a result of the pool factor being at or below 10%.
