KBRA Withdraws Ratings of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc.

KBRA withdraws the senior unsecured debt rating of BBB+, the subordinated debt rating of BBB, and the short-term debt rating of K2 for for Westerly, Rhode Island-based Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: WASH). Further, KBRA withdraws the senior unsecured debt and deposit ratings of A-, the subordinated debt rating of BBB+, and the short-term debt and deposit ratings of K2 for the subsidiary, The Washington Trust Company, of Westerly. The withdrawal of the ratings for Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc. and The Washington Trust Company, of Westerly is at the request of the issuer.
