- The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son (NYSE: NTB or “the bank”), a $14 billion institution based in Bermuda, was incorporated as the country’s first bank in 1904. NTB’s banking operations encompass Bermuda, Cayman, the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), and Central London. Trust and wealth management offices include Singapore, Switzerland and The Bahamas, in addition to Bermuda, Cayman, and the Channel Islands (“CI”).
- Principal business lines consist of community banking (retail, private and commercial banking, and asset management), corporate banking, and trust and international wealth management. Lending activities are primarily confined to residential and select CRE offerings.
