KBRA Affirms Six Ratings and Upgrades One Rating on Cascade Funding Mortgage Trust 2019-RM3

KBRA has reviewed Cascade Funding Mortgage Trust 2019-RM3 (CFMT 2019-RM3) and affirms ratings on six classes and upgrades its rating on one class. The notes are collateralized by a pool of proprietary reverse mortgage loans originated between 2002 and 2008. The transaction closed in June 2019. A full list of the rated classes and associated actions is included in the report.
In performing these rating actions, KBRA considered the transaction’s collateral performance, changes to the age and gender composition of the pool, home price trends, future draws on collateral lines of credit, and interest rate scenarios, as more fully described in KBRA’s surveillance report.
