KBRA Takes Rating Actions on OneMain Financial Issuance Trusts

KBRA affirms its ratings on 34 classes of notes issued from eight OneMain Financial Issuance Trust (“OMFIT”) transactions. KBRA’s analysis indicated that existing credit enhancement for the notes is sufficient to support the affirmed ratings. The data used for this review is as of the July 2024 distribution date (June 2024 collection period). To date, the securities have received timely interest payments. This surveillance report is inclusive of only the OMFIT transactions that are still in their respective revolving periods as of the end of the June 2024 collection period.
