KBRA Affirms All Ratings for Benchmark 2023-B40

KBRA affirms all of its outstanding ratings for Benchmark 2023-B40, a $473.8 million CMBS conduit transaction. The affirmations follow a surveillance review of the transaction, which has exhibited stable pool performance since securitization.
As of the November 2024 remittance period, there are no delinquent or specially serviced loans, and no loans have been identified as K-LOCs.
The transaction’s WA KLTV is 84.1%, unchanged since securitization. The WA KDSC is 1.43x, unchanged since securitization.
