Nowlake is the ultimate holding company of both Nowcom and indirect auto lender Westlake Services, LLC (“Westlake”). Both Nowlake and Westlake have issuer ratings of BBB- with a Positive Outlook.
Through his principal investment vehicle (the Hankey Group), founder and Chairman Don Hankey retains a ~70% ownership stake in Nowlake. Marubeni Corporation (OTC: MARUY) owns ~22%, with Nowlake employees holding the remaining interest.
