KBRA Withdraws All Ratings on Great Wolf Trust 2019-WOLF

KBRA withdraws its outstanding ratings for all classes of Great Wolf Trust 2019-WOLF, a CMBS SASB transaction. The rating withdrawals follow the reduction of the principal balance of each rated security to zero as reflected in the transaction’s May 2024 remittance report. There were no principal losses or interest shortfalls reported on the withdrawn rated securities during their life. Prior to the withdrawal, the ratings were placed on Watch Developing April 25, 2024, based on market information that the borrower was working on the imminent refinancing of the transaction. The loan subsequently paid off after the borrower completed refinancing of the loan.
