KBRA Releases Report Assigning AA+ Rating to Texas Tech University System Bonds; Outlook is Stable

On July 7, 2023, KBRA assigned a AA+ rating to Texas Tech University System Board of Regents Revenue Financing System ("RFS") Refunding and Improvement Bonds Series 2023A and RFS Improvement Bonds Taxable Series 2023B, to be issued on behalf of the Texas Tech University System. Concurrently, KBRA assigned a AA+ rating to outstanding parity RFS Bonds previously issued by the Board on the System's behalf. The Outlook on all Bonds is Stable.
