KBRA Withdraws the Class C Rating on Theorem Funding Trust 2021-1

KBRA withdraws the rating on the Class C notes issued by Theorem Funding Trust 2021-1 ("THRM 2021-1"), an unsecured consumer loan ABS transaction that closed August 11, 2021. At closing, THRM 2021-1 had three classes of notes totaling $500.00 million. This action reflects that all the classes of notes, including the Class C notes, have been paid in full per the July 2025 remittance report.
