On September 4, 2024 KBRA affirmed the AA+ rating with a Stable Outlook for San Mateo-Foster City Public Financing Authority, Estero Municipal Improvement District Wastewater Enterprise 2020 EPA WIFIA Loan. Estero Municipal Improvement District Wastewater Enterprise is a subsidiary district of the City of Foster City, responsible for managing all sanitary sewer collection and wastewater transmission for Foster City through the Wastewater Enterprise.
